Stewart Loew of Agua Linda Farm offers in-house DJ, sound reinforcement and lighting packages to enhance your celebration. Outdoor event space can accommodate up to 300 guests.  

Western Cantina

How about hosting your next party in a private cantina!  Our western cantina, called "Loew Tide" is equipt with a wet bar, sound system with adjoining ramada with fireplace and catering prep space close by.  Packages can include our in-house DJ and bartender.

Company Picnic/
Corporate Events

Bring your staff and, perhaps, their families to Agua Linda Farm for either a business retreat or a fun-filled family day of games, music and good food in a tranquil, private setting!

Weddings and large festivals are our specialty, but we LOVE to host other private events like birthday and anniversary parties family reunions or company picnics and our space lends itself very well to such celebrations.  We book private events other than weddings no sooner than two months in advance and on midweek (Monday-Thursdays) and “off season” (January, February, July, August) up to six months in advance.

Pricing

 

Location fee for up to 100 guests for up to 5 hours $1500

 

Choose one of these 4 areas for your event: 

  • western cantina with ramada and fireplace

  • pool house/bar 

  • reception yard with dance floor pergola and overhead lighting

  • tree covered yard (natural shade, no lighting)

A-La-Carte Options

 

Bar service (required if ANY alcohol will be served; no outside vendors permitted; includes set up, ice, beverage dispensers, one bartender, disposable cups, cocktail napkins) $150/hour

 

Outside bar set up, in choice of one or our two outdoor spaces for use of duration of event $150 

 

Music/sound system for background music $300

 

Full DJ sound system or sound management for your live band for dance party events (no outside DJ’s permitted) $800

 

Dance lighting in cantina or dance floor in reception yard $300

 

Projector with screen (only after dark) $150

 

Tables/chairs - prices vary 

A $150 delivery fee added to any order (what we are charged through our rental company)

 

Linens - same as above, though only one delivery charge required per event

In addition to the options above, client is responsible for providing food, beverages, decorations and purchasing an insurance rider for the event.
