\\ADMISSION

Admission for pre-paid tickets is $15 per person for pasture parking and/or pasture camping tickets; $25pp for VIP area campers (limited number of slots!); $20 same day pasture camping or admission only tickets.  No cost for kids 12 and under.  It is up to you if you want to camp or not - no price difference this year (though ALL VIP tickets are campers).  Campers can get here as early as noon Saturday and can stay as late as noon on Sunday.  No designated driver if you sleep it off!!  OR, just park for the day on Saturday and enjoy the show!  Please try to have exact change at the gate for day-of entry.

\\TIMES

Gates open at noon Saturday.  Music starts at 4PM.  Campers check out by noon Sunday.  All folks to campgrounds after the show.

 

\\PARKING & CAMPING PASTURE

We will be deciding the pasture into 4 segments for day parking and camping needs.  There will be limited parking attendants, so please follow signs!!  VIP will not drive into pasture - follow signs to VIP camping and band posse camping.

 

\\Festival Rules

- No outside food or drink is permitted in venue area Saturday.  Campers can have supplies at their site, but leave it there!  Please support the vendors who are here to help make this event happen including the Nogales Boys & Girls Club volunteers here to serve drinks in the Pool House Bar!

- Only empty water bottles (that you can fill with our well water) or sealed, unopened water bottles are permitted in the concert area.

-  Leave your pets at home, please.

-  Campfires permitted in your removable container - please clean up completely.   There will be a comunity fire pit set up in concert area.

-  Potable water available in venue - bring containers.

-  Enjoy a few beers but please don't overdo it - especially if you are driving.  We allow camping not only 'cuz it's fun, but because we want some good times with low risk!

-  Vending must be pre-approved.  

-  All campers must head on out of the venue area and into camp area after the show Saturday night.

 

\\TICKETING

Follow links to purchase tickets - we prefer pre-sold tickets, so same day cost is higher.  If you are part of the band's "posse", but not a band member, you should be provided a password for discounted rate.    There will be no refunds if you decide not to attend, though you may transfer your ticket to another person if your plans change - please be sure they have the receipt.

\\WRISTBANDS

The Boys & Girls Club staff will have wristbands for alcohol purchases - bring your ID.

 

\\ SAFETY

There are private areas on the premises - this is also a private home.  Please respect the boundaries.  There is livestock in other pastures, so watch your kids. NO LIFEGUARD AT POOL!

 

 

\\WEATHER

This event happens rain or shine.  The venue reserves the right to cancel the event if severe weather occurs.  This is at the venues discretion.  If this happens, refunds will be issued.  No refunds are given if the purchaser deems the weather unsuitable.  

 

\\THESE ITEMS ARE ALLOWED IN CONCERT AREA

Bring in chairs, blankets, empty water bottles to fill inside, sealed water bottles.

 

 

\\THESE ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED

There will be plenty of trees, so no shade tents in the concert area, please.  No outside food or drink in concert area.  No firearms or fireworks or drones permitted.  NO PETS
